Welcome to Nicole Fanaff Pyrography ("the Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
This website is operated by Nicole Fanaff, a home-based artist and sole proprietor located in the United States. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use this site.
2. Products
All pyrography artwork, prints, and goods sold through this site are handcrafted originals or authorized reproductions. Because each piece is made by hand, slight natural variations in wood grain, burn depth, and tone are inherent to the medium and are not considered defects. Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but monitor calibration and screen settings may affect how colors appear.
3. Ownership of Original Works
Every pyrography piece created by Nicole Fanaff is an original work of art. All copyrights in original artwork remain with Nicole Fanaff, even after physical sale of a piece. Purchasing a physical piece of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. The buyer receives ownership of the physical object only.
What You May Not Do
- Reproduce, copy, scan, or photograph our artwork for commercial use without written permission.
- Create derivative works based on our designs without authorization.
- Use our images in print, merchandise, advertising, or any commercial context.
- Claim authorship of any artwork created by Nicole Fanaff.
- Remove or alter any copyright watermarks or identifying marks on digital images.
What You May Do
- Share images of purchased artwork on personal social media, with credit to @NicoleFanaffPyrography.
- Display purchased physical works in your home or office.
- License images for a specific use with prior written approval (contact us to inquire).
4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and any payment methods listed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
- Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
5. Limited Edition Print Policy
A limited edition print is a fine-art reproduction of an original pyrography work, produced in a fixed, pre-determined quantity. Once the edition is sold out, no additional prints of that image will ever be produced. This scarcity is a guarantee to collectors of the print's lasting value.
Edition Size & Numbering
Each limited edition is assigned a specific edition size, which is declared at the time of release and will never be increased. Prints are numbered sequentially (e.g., 3/50 means print number 3 from an edition of 50) and this number is hand-written on the print itself.

Artist Proofs (AP)
A small number of artist proofs may be produced in addition to the main edition (typically 10% of the edition size or fewer). Artist proofs are marked "AP" rather than with a sequential number and are typically retained by the artist or offered for sale separately. Their existence does not affect the numbered edition count.
Authentication & Certificate of Authenticity
Every limited edition print ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that includes the title of the work, edition number, edition size, print medium, and Nicole Fanaff's signature. We recommend keeping your COA in a safe location, as it confirms the provenance of your print.
Lost certificates of authenticity may be reissued upon request with proof of original purchase. A small administrative fee may apply.
Resale
Collectors are free to resell their limited edition prints on the secondary market. We ask that the print be sold with its original COA intact and that the work be accurately represented. Nicole Fanaff Pyrography is not responsible for transactions between third parties.
Edition Retirement
When an edition sells out, it is retired permanently. We maintain records of all completed editions and will not reopen or expand any edition for any reason, including popular demand. This commitment is made in good faith to all collectors.
Print Care
To preserve your limited edition print, we recommend framing behind UV-protective glass, storing away from direct sunlight and humidity, and handling by the edges only. Archival framing materials are strongly advised.
6. Custom & Commission Orders
For custom commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment. By placing a commission order, you agree to provide accurate reference materials and understand that the final piece reflects Nicole's artistic interpretation of your request.
Custom and commission orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Please review all details carefully before approving your commission.
6. Website Content
All written content, photography, branding, and design elements on this website are © Nicole Fanaff, all rights reserved. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of pyrography artwork, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nicole Fanaff Pyrography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
