Each piece is made and packaged with great care, so I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate address. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please check with your carrier, leasing office, mail room, or neighbors if a package cannot be located.
