Shipping policy
Every piece from Nicole Fanaff Pyrography is carefully packaged and shipped with the same attention to craft given to creating it. Please review the following before placing your order. All shipping includes tracking labels and insurance.
Processing Time
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Custom and commission orders ship within the timeline agreed upon at the time of commission, if commission is accepted by the artist. Processing times do not include transit time.
Orders placed during holidays or high-volume periods may experience slightly longer processing times. We will communicate any delays via email.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee. We ship from Texas, USA. Currently we aren’t to shipping to: United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, South Korea, and Singapore.
Packaging
Original pyrography pieces on wood are wrapped in butcher paper, cushioned with honeycomb paper, and placed in either a double-walled box or between two cardboard pieces for unusual size pieces. Framed items are corner-protected. Prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes depending on size.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Nicole Fanaff Pyrography is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders — Duties & Customs
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are entirely outside our control. We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms and cannot mark packages as "gifts" to circumvent duties.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at nicolefanaffpyrography@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of any damage, as these may be required for a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
